Being back in Liverpool for Hannah and Jack’s wedding was so much fun!

Hannah and Jack now live in London but met in the city at uni when working in student radio. Both their families have roots in Liverpool and Jack’s grandparents were actually due to marry in the Bombed Out Church (before it was bombed, obviously!) so they decided it would be amazing to go back and say their vows there themselves. I lived in Liverpool for a few years myself and always wanted to explore this place with my camera (it’s usually closed to the public) and it was just as amazing inside as I’d hoped - such an incredible space for a wedding.

They worked with the amazing Sophie Colligan to create their perfect ceremony before walking down to Camp and Furnace for their reception (stopping for a few photos on the way!). The whole day was so fun with the best atmosphere and ended in a huge party with a DJ set from Jack’s brother and music from New Power Soul Club. A total dream day to shoot.
