Another film from the archives today.. Joanna and Neil's day was my first New Year's Eve wedding - and what a wedding it was.. They had a cool Great Gatsby-inspired celebration at private club On The 7th at Salford Quays. I loved their media city wedding because the elegance of their styling met the slightly industrial look of the venue which was all contrasted again by the fabulous and modern Media City backdrop. Unfortunately the weather wasn't playing ball for us that day, so we made a bit of our own magic and got creative with some flash and ambient light indoors for portraits of these too. 

I adored Jo's outfit, which she envisioned herself with the help of a dressmaker, and it was actually a skirt and two separate tops, one for the day and one for the evening. Her veil was embellished and had fur edging (!) and her bridesmaids wore similar separates outfits too.
