Ah! What a start to 2023!

Ashley and Mark had a very small, almost completely secret wedding in Liverpool surrounded by only immediate family. It was all just so completely relaxed, special and fuss-free.. I loved Ashley’s old Hollywood style on the day with her backless sequinned dress, headpiece and thrifted fur stole. They said ‘I do’ at the Hard Days Night Hotel, toasted the occasion with family and friends in the hotel bar and then we went wandering to take some photos on the streets of Liverpool.

As we were walking Ashley and Mark said just how right it felt to be getting married in their home city and said “it just feels so perfect for us”. It clearly holds so many memories for them from over the years (we even made a quick pilgrimage to Heebie Jeebies where they met..). It was an absolute joy to be there to capture them on the day this new chapter in their lives began..
