Oh Katie and Dan! My heart is so full.

Katie and I met aged four in Primary school on our first day there. Somewhere further down the line she introduced me to Dan - a kind, intelligent and funny man that she’d already started building up a catalogue of raucous and hilarious stories together with.. They met within journalism circles through work and haven’t looked back. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for these two.

Katie and Dan, it was one of the most special days of my life being bridesmaid (can you spot me?) and documenting your incredible day.

Lucy + Mark | The Hammer + Pincers Pub Wedding, County Durham

Just look at these two! I absolutely adored Mark and Lucy’s wedding style.. they had a tipi wedding in the grounds of the Hammer and Pincers pub in County Durham with gin bottles, mix tapes, custom wedding art and illustrations.. it was so personal and so perfect.

Also Lucy’s wedding outfit - I’ve never seen anything like it (amazing work from BexBrides)! A custom made, feather embellished kimono style dress with tassels and sewn in touches from her Mum’s own wedding veil.. I could have photographed her in it all day.

Kerrie & Russell | Dedham Vale Vineyard Essex Wedding

Oh, this day was bea-u-tiful. Kerrie and Russell married in the woodlands and then celebrated in a marquee for their wedding at Dedham Vale Vineyard in Essex. There was an elegant, botanical theme to the day, their bow tie-wearing dog Tagg was ring bearer, Kerrie wore the most AMAZING flapper-style-skirted dress and paper cranes in her hair and they had the best Indie band on the evening that had everyone up and dancing the night away. Anna & Mike | North Yorkshire Wedding Preview

What a day.. There were patches of rain on the morning but everyone's optimism paid off and Anna and Mike's day was everything you'd want from a gorgeous, outdoor Summer Yorkshire tipi wedding. A huge top hat tipi, SO much bunting, a BHLDN wedding dress, a cheese cake and gold dinosaur cake toppers. Oh! And a ceilidh to round everything off. Absolutely bloody perfect. I love a North Yorkshire tipi outdoor wedding.. Here are a few preview pics..
