“I found Sally through a friend. Years ago I saw her stop motion video and it brought me to tears it was that beautiful! I said from that moment when I get married we’re having her, and we did! Thank you Sally for being fabulous!”
Read MoreWhat a couple, what a setting and what a wedding! It was my first time shooting at Wylam Brewery for Ellie and James’ wedding, and it was everything I’d hoped it would be and more. I love how they mixed the industrial setting with incredible wildflowers and other details to reflect their personalities (Ellie’s Mum did the flowers and James’ Mum made the cake!) and the whole thing was a beautiful, chilled out celebration in the August sunshine.

The photographs didn’t take up a whole chunk of the day, and apart from the official photographs, She was in the background snapping away. The photographs were beautiful, and the presentation of the box was just lovely. My make up artist said they are the best set of photos she has ever seen. I can’t stop looking at them, and don’t know how I will ever decide which ones to display!”
Read MoreI was so excited to shoot a wedding at Le Petit Chateau in Northumberland for the first time and it certainly didn’t disappoint.. Beth and Adam’s wedding was so. damn. cool.. and full of personal handmade touches, incredible flowers and neon, and they celebrated in style surrounded by family and friends. They booked me for a stop motion wedding film as well as their photos (which you can see here) and I really loved putting this film together for them.

I was over the moon to be back at the Baltic for Tara and Anthony’s wedding - it’s such an interesting space to work with for photos and up on the 6th floor, where the meal and drinks were held, there are the most incredible views across the River Tyne up to the Sage and beyond…

I love the set up there, everyone celebrated after the ceremony on the garden balcony and then went downstairs to the cellar bar to eat, drink and dance the night away. Plus these two were just gorgeous people inside and out which made the whole day a real dream to shoot – lovely stuff.
Read MoreToday, I have Elora and Bobby's wedding for you for The Magic Seven!
When Elora and Bobby got in touch they told me they were planning a day that was sure to be full of colour, celebration and chaos.. everything a wedding should be. It was everything they'd promised and more - it was amazing. Elora and Bobby had a Hindu wedding ceremony together with Elora’s brother Neil and his wife Vic. There was music, dancing, colour, hundreds of celebrating guests, belly dancing, Bobby playing the drums in his band and some pretty wild dancing to finish the night.
"I lived in a lot of different places with different people over the years, we had great times but I never had that feeling of home since I left the house I grew up in. Two years ago Jo and I moved in together, and the morning after our first night in the new place I went downstairs to make breakfast and the feeling of home just hit me..."
Read MoreWell, where do I even begin? Chris and Simone had the most beautiful city centre November wedding in Gateshead and Newcastle and I had the pleasure of being their photographer for the day. Simone and Chris both have a background in Art, and they pulled together artists and friends to help create their vision for the day, from the table decor to Simone's hand-painted leather jacket. They had seasonal Autumnal styling, Simone wore the most amazing beaded dress, and the whole day was so fun and relaxed.
